چکیده
Objective. To evaluate the effect of neodymium laser application for successful decannulation in infants with a congenital and acquired tracheal stenosis tracheostomy. Methods. 6 children were being treated 1st City Clinical Hospital Minsk 2011-2014. All underwent tracheostomy prolonged intubation subsequent development tracheostenosis. The examined using X-ray, esophagogastroscopy (PentaxEG-16K10), bronchoscopy (Olympus MAF TYPE GM). Tracheal was medical multifunctional complex Multiline (“Linline Medical systems” Ltd, Belarus) equipped high-energy emitter. Children excessive growth granulations thelumenof thetrachea vaporization by means bulbous probe emitter (wavelength 1340 nm, power: 15 W, 2 sec. exposure). In cicatricial stenosis, incisions made scalpel (the wavelength 1064 power 20 W). Results. Effective observed 5 children, including 4 who underwent3-5 treatment sessions. 1 child subglottic larynx to perform became possible after years 24 sessions recanalizationofstenosis ablation granulations. One child, 9 sessions, dropped out observation, result has not been defined. Conclusion. Tracheostomy promotes formation lumen which subsequently hinders decannulation. endoscopic access provides visual direct approach focus impact aim laser-induced soft tissues recanalization trachealmass short leads What this paper adds Firstly tracheotomy used. method developed restoring laser-inducedvaporization granulation making scar area. Laser trabeculotomies produced by directing a pulsed neodymium/YAG laser beam at specimens of human anterior chamber angle obtained post mortem or after enucleation were studied by light microscopy and by scanning and transmission electron microscopy to assess the dimensions of the openings created in the trabecular meshwork, their penetrance to the canal of Schlemm, and the extent or absence o...

متن کاملTreatment of vitreous floaters with neodymium YAG laser.
Fifteen cases of vitreous floaters with serious psychological reactions have been collected. By using a direct ophthalmoscope, causal vitreous opacities were detected. The opacities were photodisrupted with neodymium YAG laser, using energy levels of 5 to 7.1 mJ and total energy 71 to 742.0 mJ. Symptoms completely disappeared immediately after treatment in all 15 cases. There were no intraopera...
